33 Days Until Paris.
What exercises should I do? I’m feeling lost. I usually (as in the past 3 days) do the 30DS, and running (5mph) for about 10 minutes, walking (2.5pmh) for 10 minutes or so, and weight lifting for about 8 or so minutes. (This doesn’t stretching or yoga for about 5-10 minutes).

Haven’t done the 30 day shred in forever.
Restarting that, and running afterwards, and doing more weight training.
I have 1hr and 40 minutes till my dad comes home.

Dad: "BMW 6 Series Coupe"
Me: "Horse and Buggy, for sure. Like when we were in Cle Elum and we saw the four seater black one or two seater white one. I wanted them so desperately, and I don't even own a horse. I was begging and you said no. I even offered to buy it by myself and you said no, that's just unfair!"
Mom & Dad: "Erin, we didn't ask you. Just... stop."
Me: "What if instead of a car, I got a horse. One that needed a home and needed to be rescued?!"

I emailed my mom saying: at 145 I want black litas and at 135 I want a red 15” Cambridge satchel and at 115 -125 (idk yet we will seem then how I feel) I need a new wardrobe.
