What exercises should I do? I’m feeling lost.
I usually (as in the past 3 days) do the 30DS, and running (5mph) for about 10 minutes, walking (2.5pmh) for 10 minutes or so, and weight lifting for about 8 or so minutes. (This doesn’t stretching or yoga for about 5-10 minutes).
